2) Eligibility

You confirm that the information provided by you is correct. You must be 18+ or use this website under guardian supervision.

3) Orders & Payment

  • Your enrollment/order is confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Prices, offers and course details may change anytime.
  • Taxes (GST) may apply and will be shown during checkout.

4) Course Access & Delivery

After payment confirmation, you will receive:

  • Course/batch details
  • Live session schedule
  • Access to resources/tools (as included in your plan)
    Course access validity will be as per the program/package selected.

5) Live Classes

Since the program includes live training:

  • class timing/schedule may change due to unavoidable reasons
  • missing sessions due to student absence is not our responsibility
  • the training delivery method will follow the selected plan

6) Certifications

Certificates will be provided after completion as per program requirements (attendance/submission/assessment if applicable).

7) Refund & Cancellation

  • Course/Program/Bundles: Fees are non-refundable once enrollment and access are provided.
  • Digital products (PDF/Ebook/Downloads): Non-refundable after delivery/access.
  • Books (if applicable): Replacement only in case of damaged/wrong product (proof required within 48 hours).

8) Intellectual Property

All content including course material, PDFs, modules, images, branding and resources belong to DigitalPoonam.com.
Copying/sharing/reselling/redistributing content is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

9) Prohibited Activity

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt hacking, or use our content for illegal purposes.

10) Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for results dependent on user effort, platform changes, internet issues, or third-party service failures.

11) Updates
