A) DIGITAL DELIVERY (Courses/Programs/Bundles/Downloads)

Digital delivery includes:

  • course access details
  • live session schedule
  • digital resources/tools
  • PDFs/ebooks (if included)

Delivery Timeline:

  • Order confirmation: instantly or within 24 hours
  • Batch/classes: as per selected schedule
  • PDFs/ebooks: sent instantly or within 24 hours to registered email/WhatsApp

Access Issues:
If you don’t receive access or delivery, contact us within 48 hours with payment proof.


B) PHYSICAL SHIPPING (Books – if applicable)

Dispatch Time: 2–4 working days
Delivery Time: 4–10 working days (depending on location)

Shipping Charges:
Shown at checkout (or free if mentioned in offer).

Tracking:
Tracking details will be sent via SMS/WhatsApp/Email.

Damaged/Wrong Book:

  • must be reported within 48 hours
  • unboxing video/photos required
  • eligible for replacement only

Incorrect Address:
If customer enters wrong address, re-delivery cost will be paid by the customer.
