A) Digital Delivery

Our digital delivery modules (for Courses, Training Programs, Bundles, and Digital Downloads) include instant provision of:

  • Detailed course credentials and student dashboard login details
  • Complete live training session schedules and link targets
  • Direct access to downloadable resources, templates, and digital tools
  • All high-fidelity PDF guides and digital e-books (if included in plan)

Digital Delivery Timeline

Order Confirmation

Access and confirmation credentials will be sent instantly or within a maximum of 24 hours.

Live Batches / Classes

Interactive live training modules will progress exactly as per the selected calendar schedule.

PDFs & E-Books

Guides will be delivered instantly or within 24 hours to your registered Email or WhatsApp.

Digital Access Issues

If you have completed your payment but have not received your digital dashboard credentials or access details within 24 hours, please contact our support team immediately.

Important: Report any delivery or access discrepancies within 48 hours of transaction completion, providing your valid payment receipt.

B) Physical Shipping (Books)

For physical printed training materials and books (where applicable in your plan):

Required for quality checks, packaging, and sorting at our Raipur facility.

Delivery Timeline

4 – 10 Working Days

Depending on destination coordinates and local courier efficiency.

Charges & Tracking

Shipping Charges

Charges will be transparently calculated and shown at checkout (or completely free if mentioned as a promotional offer).

Tracking Support

Tracking details and courier links will be dispatched via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email as soon as your parcel is handed over to our courier partner.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your physical book is received damaged or is a completely incorrect item:

  • Damage or mismatch must be formally reported within 48 hours of parcel delivery.
  • A continuous, unedited unboxing video and detailed photos are strictly required as valid proof.
  • Eligible parcels are qualified for physical replacement only (no refund transactions).

Incorrect Address Details

WARNING: If a customer inputs incorrect, incomplete, or wrong shipping coordinates during order placement, any additional re-routing or re-delivery courier charges must be paid entirely by the customer.
